01The Service

Sub Space is a subscription and recurring expense tracking application designed to help users organize manually entered subscription information, upcoming payments, trials, reminders, and related expense insights.

Sub Space is an organizational tool and does not connect to your bank account or payment providers to verify subscription information.

02User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.

Dates, projected charges, reminders, totals, and insights provided by Sub Space are based on the information entered by you and the app's recurrence calculations.

You should not rely on Sub Space as the sole method of determining whether or when a service provider will charge you.

03Subscription Cancellation

Marking a subscription as cancelled, archived, or deleted inside Sub Space does not cancel the actual subscription with the service provider.

You remain responsible for cancelling subscriptions directly with the relevant provider.

04Notifications and Reminders

Sub Space may provide reminders about upcoming charges, trials, or other subscription events.

Delivery of notifications cannot be guaranteed and may depend on device settings, operating-system behavior, permissions, battery settings, and other factors.

05Sub Space Pro

Sub Space may offer an optional Pro Lifetime purchase.

The purchase is processed through the applicable app store.

“Lifetime” refers to access to the applicable Pro features of Sub Space for the lifetime of the product/service, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Prices are displayed by the applicable app store and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or store policies.

06Refunds

In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store.

Refund requests are subject to the policies and procedures of the Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable.

07Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of Sub Space over time.

We aim to maintain the reliability of the app but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

08Disclaimer

Sub Space is provided as an organizational and informational tool.

It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate user-entered information, missed notifications, incorrect projections, or actions taken based solely on information displayed by the app.

09Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the app and/or this Terms of Use page.
